The project aims to improve the competence of the cultural staff and initiate the creation of a cultural offer for people with disabilities in cultural institutions and non-governmental organizations of the Podlasie region.
1. During the series of 4 meetings, participants will learn about the specifics of work and methods of adapting cultural activities to the needs of people with disabilities (July / August 2019).
2. After the training, the participants will prepare dedicated events in the institutions and / or organizations they represent (August 2019). Facilities enabling people with disabilities to participate in activities will be financed from the project funds.
3. The Foundation and selected participants will take part in the final events in the form of a Rally without Barriers.
All trainings will take place at Galeria Arsenał in Białystok. (The organization and cost of travel to the training locations is on the part of the participant).

The condition of participation in the project is participation in all trainings.
Participation in the project is free.
Participants undertake to organize any event addressed to people with disabilities after the end of the training cycle.
Preparation of facilities enabling persons with disabilities to participate in the events will be financed from the funds of the "Module D. Podlasie" project.
The trainings will be translated into PJM - if needed.
Participants will be notified by email about June 20, 2019 at the latest.
